Опис конструкції
Електровізок EP Equipment F4 складається з наступних вузлів: платформа, вили, шасі, важіль керування, електрична система (електродвигун, літій-іонний акумулятор, керуюча електроніка та периферія) та опціонні елементи, якими може бути обладнаний візок за вимогою покупця. Модельний ряд F має спеціальну платформу, яка спрощує конфігурацію візка та дозволяє покупцям обирати візки з 4 видами шасі для різних сфер застосування.
Платформа складається з двох складових та є основним силовим елементом конструкції до якої приєднуються інші вузли електричного візка. Дана деталь виконана з сталі та покрита декількома шарами антикорозійного засобу та фарби. На керуючій частині платформі розміщені: важіль керування, електрична система, гідравлічний вузол та ведуче колесо (опційно можуть бути встановлені додаткові врівноважуючі колеса). Всі колеса виконані з високоякісного міцного поліуретану.
Вантажні подвоєні колеса розміщені на другій частині платформи разом з вилами. Захоплюючий пристрій може бути обладнаний вилами різних стандартних розмірів на вимогу замовника.
Живлення візка здійснюється від двох літій-іонних акумуляторів, які дають можливість працювати зміну без підзарядки. Акумулятори захищені відкидною кришкою, що забезпечує надійний вологозахист. Крім того, на EP електровізку важіль керування виготовлений з профілю з квадратним перерізом, що робить його більш міцним та надійним навіть у важких умовах експлуатації.
